The Library Committee's mandate is to collect books, audio-visuals, magazines, newspapers and other educational materials. The computer at the office can be used for word processing, Internet browsing, and other utilities.

Going forward, the Library Committee plans to assist members in their search for books and other materials; job related information, and translation of documents. Moreover, the Library Committee is responsible for maintaining an official Website; archiving the files of EACA-Boston; and recording and documenting the history of EACA-Boston.

This committee is responsible for all training programs. Its main tasks are organizing seminars and workshops on various social/heath/financial issues; mentorship programs; and evening adult education classes. Moreover, the committee assists members in preparing resumes and rehearsing for job interviews.

The committee assists its members and newly arrived refugees with immigration related issues.The committee plans to establish formal contact with other resource centers in Boston, for the benefit of its members.

This committee is responsible for maintaining a discussion forum and for dissemination of information, both internally and externally. The committee used to publish a newsletter that was devoted to news and views related to EACA-Boston. These include newsworthy items, current events, interview with members, messages from the Chairperson or EACA Board of Directors, community-related announcements, and discussions related to EACA-Boston. Unfortunately, due to resource limitations, publication of the newsletter has been suspended.

This committee is responsible for developing and forging strong working relationships with governmental and non governmental organizations to raise awareness, and to secure funding in support of its mission and goals. It has developed strong ties with many non-profit organizations with similar interests.
